What is Elder Law?

Elder law is a term that describes an area of law practice that focuses on issues that are of legal concern to our vastly increasing aging population.  Typically, Elder law attorneys assist their clients in Medicaid, disability and long term care issues; Estate planning; creation and administration of trusts and wills; and the establishment and administration of guardianships and conservatorships.
